When Hamlet was released in 70mm, the Esquire was the only theater that actually projected a 70mm print. For that, it was worth the trip.
Unfortunately, Hamlet was 4 hours long, and the seats in the Esquire were some of the worst for extended sitting.
I have seen one movie in the Esquire's balcony theater. It was the worst place to see a movie in Colorado. The screen was small and not very far from the only half-dozen rows. The worst seats in the house are far to the left of the screen, requiring you to turn your head at a ridiculous angle to watch the movie. If you go, call to make sure your movie's in the big auditorium. If it isn't, wait for the video.
